hidden teams for fresh install GA patch

i am just wondering, if the hidden teams just shows up each time from a fresh install, can that happen?

i'm just tired of playing the national teams all over again...=)

@xavier, mayb you can make 2 versions of the patch, one with the classic player still hidden (have to play cups to unlock them), and one version which is already unlocked
