Working on GamingAccess Community Patch 0.3, HELP needed

Hello. Xavier Baez here, I need help with this image. I'm working on the GamingAccess Community Patch Beta v0.3. I estimate to work around 6-12 hours, depending on the complexity, features.

However, there is one image that just keeps nagging lots of users. As you can see in the screenshot, I changed the image successfully, but that specific image of Eredivisie still appears. I can change the image in 1 minute, but I don't know in what part of PES the image resides.

So if you know the img file that I need to replace, please help me with some tips. Help is appreciated
