Hey Xavier this following warning appear when i try to install this patch 0.6..
PESEdit.com 2010 Patch 0.6 has not been totally installed because of the following reason :

Cannot create the following file :
C:\Program Files\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2010\kitserver\kload.$$A

You will have to run this utility again to completely install PESEdit.com 2010 Patch 0.6
