Yes thanks to JUCE we have Kit Server for full version of PES 4! This one also worked with the Mod 1.1 by Konami as well as both Demo versions of the game. This is the first version of KitServer for Pro Evolution Soccer 4.
It still has very limited functionality, which will be extended in future versions.Right now, the one and only feature is the ability to substitute team uniforms with custom-created ones at run-time. You can replace kits for both players and goalkeepers: player 1st strip, player 2nd strip, goalkeeper 1st strip, goalkeeper 2nd strip. (Note that unlike with player
strip selection, you cannot enforce a particular strip for goalkeeper:the game will decide for you, which one - 1st or 2nd kit - is to be used in particular match. (In the future version of KitServer, it will be possible to explicitly specify which goalkeeper kit should be used, similar to the way it was done in KitServer 2 for PES3/WE7I.) The \\\"3rd kit\\\" option (in other words: the ability to add extra kits for each team) will be implemented in later versions of KitServer 4.
