Why don't do a patch with Championship's (second division of England) teams ???

Separately from this patch, a patch identical to this but with changed teams...

Many players play with teams from Premier League, so I think that would be welcome...

By the way there are some patches already done what you are looking for. just english teams and british second league
if you ask me use one of them not ga patch mate.
