pes 209: it possible reedit a face?

hi guys, anyone knows if its possible re-edit a bin. For example, if you download a face bin, can you make some changes in blender or oedit and make the file run in the game.
I question because i want make some changes to a faces that i edited some weeks ago... and for now i cant made it.
if you know about ths issue plz make some suggestions
