Noob needs help installing Stadiums in PES 2009 (PC)

I'm new here so hi everyone great site, I love the PES games.

I downloaded numerous Stadiums including Celtic Park and stadium packs but I have no clue what to do next. How do I go about installing these stadiums into PES 2009 (PC).

i'm another noob.... i need help... i want news stadiums ... i only have the gaming access patch 1.0.... i want the most recent patch... Can anyone help me? To install the most recent patch i need lots of patches before the new right?
