Export BIN to FEF work but on Vista dont Work Import FEF to BIN !?!

I dont have vista so I can´t test it

anyway there´s only one zlib.dll, it´s the same for export and import, it should work

where do I find FHEI 2009??? because I have problen with my FHEI 4cc
he don't export the face(.bin) for external files......

excuse me my bad english..because i'm brazilian and don't speak english
