WE-NG Team released their new versions of AFS Explorer (3.7) and WE Picture Decoder (1.95). I´ve tried both applications and I was able to import kits to 0_text.afs. So give it a try. I´m not sure but these applications will probably help Xbox players to import kits to the game.
